The first step is to call, email, or contact us through this website and ask us about how we can help.  Our intake team will listen to you and help answer your questions. If our services may help, we will ask you for your contact information, check your insurance, and schedule an appointment.


We offer therapy at our office or through telehealth. We can use email for you to review and sign consents for treatment and then do therapy through a video call in the comfort of your own home. A computer or smartphone with a good internet connection and webcam is required. Because of insurance and technology limitations, telehealth may not be possible for all clients. Please ask if you think telehealth could be right for you.

The Harbor

Eagle Quest is proud to be partnered with The Harbor ( ) to provide therapy for this diversion program. If you are referred by The Harbor, please let us know and we will communicate with The Harbor about your attendance and completing your requirements. If you can’t attend a session, please call and cancel at least 24 hours (or more) before your scheduled appointment.

Your First Visit, Assessment, and Treatment Planning

To help us understand your needs and how we can help, your first appointment will be a comprehensive mental health assessment. We will ask questions about many different parts of your life to help us better understand you. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your first appointment so you can read, complete, and sign the “Information and Consent Forms” and symptom measures. Assessments typically last 1 hour.

After your initial assessment, your therapist will make recommendations and explain how treatment could help. You and your therapist will set decide on treatment service and goals and create written treatment plan to follow.  We will choose and adapt our interventions to provide treatment that works for you.

Therapy and Treatment

Individual Therapy:  Your therapist will meet with you one-on-one to address your goals and provide psychotherapy and counseling. You will discuss personal topics, be asked questions, get education, and have activities for you to do between therapy sessions to help address your needs. We will work to help you feel better as quickly as possible but depending on the severity of the problem and work we need to do, it may take several months to reach the outcome you want.

Family Therapy: Your therapist will meet with you and other family members and have discussions and do activities to help open lines of communication, improve relationships, and help your family move towards solutions. If a therapist asks you to participate in family therapy with your child, it is because you have a vital role in helping your child get better.

Cancellations: For treatment to be successful, you will need to attend and participate in therapy and the activities. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call the main line at (702) 646-5437 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. After two or more missed sessions that were not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, Eagle Quest may refer you to another provider.

Customer Service

Your satisfaction matters to us. As we work together, we will ask you about how you think treatment is going, what you find helpful, and what things we should do differently. Solutions are found when we work together and think creatively. Please talk openly and voice any concerns, we will do everything we can to address them and make things right.
